Comfort Suites Madison West - Middleton

The room was what we expected. Clean and roomy.

The wait to check in was really slow. We came in at midnight and were exhausted. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the guy behind the desk to get off the phone before we could check in. Little frustrating.

Close to activities planned for the weekend.

The pool was enjoyable, but the cleaning above me was disturbingly loud early in the morning.

Beautifully kept hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous location.

Units with a pullout sofa. The staff was incredibly nice and pleasant, exceptional service. Location: the hotel was close to restaurant across the street. Had brunch in the Tanner's Bar & Grill, located nearby.

The breakfast and free drinks in the evening.. the rooms were large and the pool area is very nice

The night bartender could use a little attitude adjustment.

I had a fantastic stay! The warm pool was just perfect after a long day. Breakfast had an amazing variety and those waffles were a highlight. I’d definitely return for another weekend getaway!

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, made for great sleep. The variety of options at breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit and pastries. The noisy hallways did disrupt my tranquility a bit.

A Nice Stay with Family Fun

Our stay with 5 family members for a soccer tournament was fantastic. The pool's warmth was unparalleled, and the kids enjoyed the game room. Breakfast had a fantastic variety. Don't miss the free drinks in the lounge during happy hour. Perfect spot for family gatherings!

Disappointingly, there were small piles of hair around the pool area, indicating some cleaning oversights that shouldn't be overlooked. In my suite, several lights didn't work, a nuisance, and some outlets were faulty too. The beds aren't as comfy as in other hotels. They could use some upgrading for a better night's sleep, and there were concerns after my granddad experienced bug bites-certainly something to check on.

I really appreciated the spacious room and comfortable bed in Comfort Suites Madison West. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh fruit and hearty options, allowing me to start my day on a positive note.

Improve noise insulation in the hallways.

The heated pool was AMAZING 💦 My family had a fantastic time during our weekend stay, but the loud kids causing chaos in the hallways was a bit too much.
